Deposits are REQUIRED to confirm all services.

Deposits are 50% and non-refundable but will go towards your service or rescheduled service, if rescheduled in the allotted time frame.

Bookings must be at least TWO weeks in advance for picnics and hotel experiences.

** Events not booked in the appropriate timeframe will be charged an additional fee of $50.00 **

Bookings outside of the 35 mile range will have an additional fee of $40 fee for travel.

When booking with an AirBnb, it is imperative that you confirm with the host PRIOR to booking— no refunds will be provided due to inconveniences not by TME.

For safety purposes, you CANNOT be present during the duration of the service. Service will be cancelled after 30 mins without refund, if still present.

All remaining balances will be charged day of service an hour before scheduled time.

There are no substitutions for base packages. (ex rose bouquet cannot be substituted for add-on.)

Please include the cost of valet when booking hotels that do not offer complimentary valet services for the ease and convenience of accessing the hotel
